Room was tidy and available with comfortable beds, coffee and waterfall showers. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were efficient and lively people with excellent customer service. Could use their free parking.

The rooms are old and lived in! Also the cleanliness could have been better

In the bathroom nowhere to hang the towels. Breakfast buffet was too limited.

The rooms were very spacious and the reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good the next morning with a good variety of food on offer.
I attended a wedding at the hotel. I found the service very slow and the food was only luke warm. The evening buffet was not very good and I thought it was poor that their was no member of staff serving teas/coffees. Vacum flasks are ok at a conference but not best suited to a wedding reception.

Central and close to the city
Breakfast is nothing special, on our round trip through Northern Ireland the worst, everything very greasy fried and deep-fried, very sad. Rooms a bit musty and older.

I liked the spa and gym and the breakfast was of very good quality. However, I paid for an executive room and felt that the room did not reflect the price, the bed was very short even though very wide it was too short I found, and the room was quite small, even though a big balcony.
